Vento di Langa


Pleasant and easy to drink dry red, this fragrant and fruity wine is made through the vinification of grapes coming only from our vineyards; it is a well-structured wine, perfect as a meditation wine or for the whole meal

Pruning system: Arched Guyot

Aging: One year in 5 Hl Slavonia durmast barrels, then 6 months in bottle

Vinification: The selected grapes are harvested after complete ripening to start immediately the vinification process. The must and skins fermentation lasts 8 to 10 days; great care is put into the malolactic fermentation process where the wine is kept is stainless stell tanks. After the aging in barrels, the wine is put in bottle to rest for 3 to 6 months

Color: Ruby red with pleasant violet hints

Nose: Fruity, complete, very pleasant and persistent, hints of dry fruits and plum

Tasting notes: Dry, balanced and slightly sapid
